1. General Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Julomart website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), a brand owned by JULO LLC in the United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including buyers, suppliers, customers, sellers, and/or contributors of content. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or any of our services. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1. About Julomart and Legal Validity

Julomart is an online store specializing in Christmas decorations, including Christmas wreaths, Christmas garlands, Christmas tree skirts, and throw pillow covers. We operate in the United States and serve the U.S. market. This legal agreement is between you, the user or buyer, and JULO LLC. You acknowledge that the use of the Website is at your own risk. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. General Conditions and Rules of Using the Store

2.1. Minimum Age Requirement and Legal Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (typically 18 years old). If you are under 18 but over 13, you may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Use of the Website by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to our services if you violate any provision of this Agreement, including abuse or fraud related to our return & refund policy.

We are not responsible if information made available on this Website is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Website at any time, but have no obligation to update any information.

3. Order Terms, Payment, and Pricing

3.1. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You are responsible for promptly updating your account and other information, including your email address and credit card or PayPal details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inaccurate information causes issues with shipping or payment.

3.2. Order Acceptance and Purchase Limits

Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, or to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

3.3. Pricing and Product Errors

We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information possible; however, errors may still occur. If we discover a pricing error for a product you ordered, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

4.1. Coverage and Shipping Fees

We only ship within the United States, including all 50 states. The shipping fee is $6.99 (Flat rate), clearly disclosed before checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

4.2. Estimated Delivery Time and Delays

The estimated total delivery time is 7–11 business days (1–3 days processing + 6–8 days shipping). You understand that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier staffing shortages, or peak season logistical issues. 

4.3. Risk of Loss and Lost Packages

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you once we deliver the package to the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). If your order is lost and confirmed by the carrier after 5 business days from the expected delivery date, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

5. Order Cancellation Policy 

5.1. Cancellation Timeframe and Process

Customers must request to cancel or modify an order within 8 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. Any requests submitted after the 8-hour window will not be accepted as the order will have moved into warehouse processing.

5.2. Refunds After Successful Cancellation

If cancellation is successfully made within the allowed 8-hour window, Julomart will issue a full refund. We commit to processing refunds promptly, but the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary between 3–7 business days and is beyond our control.

6. Return & Refund Policy

6.1. Timeframe and General Conditions

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 32 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed (for Christmas tree skirts and throw pillow covers), and in original packaging/with original tags (if any).

6.2. Full Refunds Without Return (No Return Required)

We offer full refunds in cases where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost in confirmed transit. In these cases, customers are not required to return the item, and Julomart will bear all costs. This is to minimize inconvenience for customers.

6.3. Exchanges Due to Change of Mind

For change-of-mind cases, we only offer exchanges, not refunds. Exchange requests must be made within 32 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returned items.

7. Intellectual Property and User Content

7.1. Julomart Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including product images, logos, text, store design, and all marketing materials are the exclusive property of JULO LLC. You may not use any content from the Website without express permission.

7.2. User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other materials ("Comments") to us, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and use such Comments in any medium without restriction. We have no obligation to maintain any Comments in confidence or to pay compensation for them.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including payment and contact information. By using this Website, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1. Product Availability and Information

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Our products may have limited quantities and can only be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

9.2. General Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JULO LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or property damage, arising from your use of the Website or any product purchased through our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product related to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JULO LLC and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Miscellaneous Terms

11.1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

11.2. Termination 

Any obligations and liabilities incurred by the parties prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. You agree that any legal or equitable action arising out of or relating to your use of this Website shall be filed only in state or federal courts located in that state.
