Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States (US).
We ship to all 50 US states. However, please note that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) or military addresses such as APO/FPO/DPO. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
We apply a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 to all orders. For complete transparency, this shipping cost will be clearly displayed on both the Shopping Cart page and the Checkout page before you finalize your transaction and payment.
3. Order Processing Time
The processing time is the duration required for us to quality-check, carefully package your items, and hand them over to the shipping carrier. Typically, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please be aware that during peak seasons like the Christmas holidays or major sale events, higher orders volumes may extend this processing time. We are committed to doing our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Kindly note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US Public Holidays.
4. Shipping Duration and Total Delivery Time
The shipping duration begins once the carrier picks up the order from Julomart. The estimated shipping time is 6–8 business days, which may vary depending on the geographical distance between Julomart's warehouse and your delivery address. Therefore, the Total Delivery Time (including processing and shipping time) will be approximately 7–11 business days. This is an estimated timeframe and is subject to change based on external factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Carriers
To ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we partner with leading, reputable shipping carriers within the United States. Our primary shipping partners include: UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
6. Potential Causes for Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, your order may be subject to delays in certain circumstances. Common causes may include:
- Peak Season Volume: surge in order and shipping traffic during holiday seasons or major sales.
- Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Information: Inaccurate or missing address, phone number, or delivery details provided by the customer.
- Adverse Weather Conditions: Severe weather events (e.g., snowstorms, floods) affecting carrier operations.
- Logistical/Sorting Issues: Unforeseen operational glitches at the carrier's warehouse or sorting facility.
7. Tracking Your Order
We provide all the necessary tools for you to easily track the journey of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided, which will include your Tracking Number. If you don't find this email in your primary inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us for assistance. To track your package:
- Copy the Tracking Number (Note: Use the Tracking Number, not the Order Number).
- Navigate to the Order Tracking page on the Julomart website.
- Enter the Tracking Number into the search field.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier's tracking information to be accurately updated in the system.
8. Handling Lost Orders
In the event your order is lost (tracking information hasn't updated for an extended period, or the carrier confirms it as lost), we will proactively assist you in resolving the issue. We will wait an additional 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window to confirm if the package is truly lost. If the order is confirmed as lost, you will have two immediate options for resolution:
- Reshipment: We will promptly send out a replacement for the same product (if in stock) at no additional cost to you.
- Full Refund: We will process a full refund for the total order value (including shipping fees) back to your original payment method.
