Cancellation Policy
Julomart, owned by JULO LLC, is a brand specializing in Christmas decoration products such as Christmas wreaths, Christmas garlands, Christmas tree skirts, and throw pillow covers for customers in the United States. We strive to provide an easy, clear, and transparent shopping experience. The cancellation policy below helps customers understand their rights and the timeframe during which changes can be made when necessary.
1. Order Cancellation or Modification Timeframe
Customers can request to cancel or modify their orders within 8 hours from the time the order is placed. After this 8-hour period, the order will automatically proceed to processing and shipping, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes because the packaging and handover to the shipping carrier will have already started.
2. How to Submit Cancellation or Modification Requests
To submit a cancellation or modification request, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 8 hours of placing your order. The email must include the following information for us to assist you quickly and accurately:
- Order ID
- Full name of the person who placed the order
- Specific request details (whether you want to cancel or change something)
We will respond to your request via email to confirm. Requests missing any required information or submitted after the 8-hour window cannot be processed.
3. Refund Policy for Successful Cancellations
If your order is successfully canceled within the specified timeframe, Julomart will refund the full order amount to the original payment method you used. The refund typically takes 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal). We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank beyond the estimated timeframe.
4. Cases Where Cancellation Is Not Possible
Julomart cannot accept cancellation requests in the following cases: orders that exceed the allowed processing time (more than 8 hours after placement) or orders that have already been handed over to the shipping carrier. To avoid inconvenience, we encourage customers to carefully check their products, shipping address, and payment method before confirming their orders.
