Julomart is an official online store specializing in Christmas decor products, including Christmas tree skirts, Christmas wreaths, Christmas garlands, and throw pillow covers. It is owned and operated by JULO LLC.
We are committed to delivering a professional, transparent, and secure shopping experience—especially during the checkout and payment process. By placing an order on julomart.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Billing Terms & Conditions page.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Currently, Julomart only accepts online payment processed through the PayPal platform. This includes both payment via a PayPal account and payment using a credit/debit card processed via the PayPal gateway, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Once you complete your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout", you will be redirected to the payment page. Here, you can choose quick payment options by selecting PayPal or paying directly with a Credit or Debit Card. Alternatively, you can fill in your complete details (email, phone number, full name, shipping address), then click "Proceed to PayPal". The system will automatically redirect you to PayPal's secure payment interface.
On this interface, you can:
- Log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment, or
- Select the option to "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" and enter your card information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
All transactions are securely processed through PayPal—one of the world's most trusted and secure online payment platforms. Julomart does not support bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD), or any manual payment methods.
2. Payment Confirmation Timing
As soon as your payment is successfully processed through PayPal, Julomart's system will automatically register your order. It will be marked as "Processing" and queued for packaging and shipping. Payment is considered complete when PayPal confirms the transaction—regardless of whether you used a PayPal account or entered your card details directly.
In rare cases, payment confirmation may be delayed due to internet connection issues, browser problems, or international payment gateway delays. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within one hour of completing your payment, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there, contact our support team to verify the transaction.
3. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your payment is confirmed by PayPal, Julomart will send you an order confirmation email that includes: Your order ID, a list of items purchased, the total amount paid, shipping details, and the estimated delivery time. This email serves as your official confirmation that your transaction was successful and your order is being processed.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. For paid orders, products are packaged and handed over to our shipping partners within the stated processing time. You can track your order status by entering the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email, which we send once your order has been dispatched.
4. Payment Security
Julomart prioritizes the privacy and security of your payment information. We do not store any credit card details or PayPal login credentials on our systems. All payment data is encrypted and securely processed directly through the PayPal gateway, which complies with international standards such as PCI-DSS and SSL encryption.
We also ensure that personal information like your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address is used solely for order processing purposes. This data will never be shared with any third party without our consent, unless legally required.
5. Payment Issues & Troubleshooting
In certain cases, customers may encounter issues during the payment process. Common scenarios include:
- Your account was charged, but you did not receive an order confirmation;
- The payment failed, but funds are temporarily held in your account;
- You entered incorrect payment details or used an invalid card;
- Your payment was successful, but the order was recorded with incorrect information.

- The PayPal Transaction ID;
- A screenshot of the payment or confirmation from PayPal;
- Your contact information.
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours. If an issue is confirmed on our end or with the payment gateway, Julomart will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
6. Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders
Julomart offers refunds under the following valid circumstances:
- The customer requests a cancellation within 8 hours of placing the order;
- The product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled;
- The customer received the wrong, defective, or incomplete product and opts for a refund instead of an exchange.
Refunds will be issued in full, including shipping costs (if applicable), via the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on how you paid, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account or credit/debit card. We do not issue refunds via bank transfer or cash, unless specifically arranged under special conditions.
The standard refund timeline is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or PayPal processing times.
7. Fraud & Order Rejection Policy
Julomart reserves the right to reject or cancel any payment or order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing false or invalid payment information;
- Placing an unusually high volume of orders without clear intent;
- Frequently cancelling orders after payment;
- Using automated bots or unethical means to exploit discounts or promotions.
In such cases, we may reach out for further verification. If no response is received or cooperation is refused, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
